Most but not all reservations can be cancelled online. If you need assistance cancelling a reservation, please call our Reservations Team at (707) 565-2267 between the hours of 10AM-3PM, Monday-Friday.

Your reservation number is located at the top left of your emailed or printed confirmation. If you reserved your site online or by phone, a copy will have been sent to the email address provided.
The first part of the number is 8 digits long and begins with XX. The second part, separated from the first by a dash, is 6 or 7 digits long.
This number, combined with your email address, is used to find your reservation in the Sonoma County Parks reservation system.
A valid email address is required to cancel your reservation online.
Enter the email address that was provided with your original reservation, whether online, by phone or at a park.
Email addresses are not upper/lower case sensitive. This means that capital and lower case letters are considered the same letter or character. For security, the characters (letters and numbers) entered in the email field must match the email address on your reservation - regardless of whether the letters of either are capitals or lower case.
You will receive a confirmation receipt of your cancellation via email at this same address.

If a reservation is cancelled 10 or more days in advance of the arrival date, the paid camping fees will be refunded.
If cancelled less than 10 days in advance of the arrival date, the first night's camping fee is forfeited.
In each instance, any reservation fees and any change fees are forfeited.
Cancellations made 90 or more days prior to scheduled arrival date result in no forfeiture of camping fees.
Cancellations made 30-89 days prior to the scheduled arrival date result in the forfeiture of half of the first night's camping fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date result in the forfeiture of the first night's camping fee.
